I have a battle systems parts list so I am fairly confident that the Village Ruins box is complete. The Fantasy Village box includes 19 out of 25 sheets, so there is plenty to build there but obviously is not complete. Clips are included in both packages. Boxes on both are rough with dents and or corner tearing. All sheets that are included are in good condition and not bent. See photos.
