All of the US 3G networks are scheduled to shut down in 2022 or they are already shut down. All phones in the box are untested and are being sold as is. As for international, if you have the following carriers in your country with 2G/3G connections then it should work.

They do power up but soon shut down again. Needs batteries as these ones are too old to be any good. One has a crack on the screen and the other has a bent aerial. Condition is used and as can be seen in the pictures.
