    Offering a used charge cable. As noted, one of the grounding pins on the plug shows resistance when tested and thus it will sometimes charge a vehicle, but it depends on the vehicle and how many times you try. I suspect if you do the water trick with the pins, it will likely work just fine. If you have some form of abrasive pipe-clean like tool you could clean up the connectors and get it working 100% again. Everything else is fine and it is overall in ok physical shape.
