Hi, this item is in good new condition. Item is sold as is as seen in the pics. Front bottom left corner has medium style crush to it. On other corners, there are some minor crushes as well. Surrounding the entire package are plenty of edge wear. There is some sticker damage on the front right corner on the flap. Item is sealed and mint in box. Item still has the Kenner POP and is not cut out. Flap is in good shape and is not forced closed. It stands out just fine. See pics for verification and condition. It's a fan must have and definitely a hard item to acquire. Good luck!.
